The tool is completely browser-based and allows the switching of calls by intuitive drag and drop technology.

The status of the various extensions can easily be kept in view through clear signaling. For example one can see whether an extension is available or busy, if and how many calls are in waiting queue. Business conference rooms can be administrated as well as agents for administration of the waiting queue can be added or removed dynamically.
