Since Linux and open source products can provide many applications in a very diverse environment, they are equally suited for server, firewall, router and desktop applications.

With our solutions we offer a specific view on each of these application categories. Within the desktop field we try to show various possibilities of open source products for home as well as office usage. Especially the variety of available products, easy-made installation, operability and standards compatibility are important issues.

In the server area we work with and enjoy the stability of Linux, Apache as web server and Samba as file server in order to demonstrate how distinguished, widespread and reliable open source products can be, just to give three examples of the manifold possibilities.

In addition we show how important network hardware can be stimulated through open source and how, especially in the SMB-field, expenses can be cut down effectively.
